Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
DELA.FM is a music streaming service currently in development. Right now the only thing you can do on this site is join our waitlist, so this policy is short. It will be replaced with a full policy when the service launches.
Who we are
DELA.FM is the data controller for the information described below. You can contact us about anything in this policy at privacy@dela.fm.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the date and time you signed up. That is the only personal data this site collects. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you about the DELA.FM launch, including early access. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
Where your data is stored
Waitlist emails are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; those transfers are covered by Cloudflare's data processing addendum, which incorporates the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We do not share your email with anyone else, and we will never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until the launch communications they were collected for are complete, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent - which for this site all amount to the same thing: email privacy@dela.fm and we will remove you from the waitlist. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
When DELA.FM launches, this policy will be replaced with a full one covering the service itself. If we change how we handle waitlist data before then, we will update this page.
